Realiterate for Mac

Realiterate for Mac is offline-first by design. It has no accounts, no analytics, and makes no network requests. Your writing is stored as plain Markdown files on your Mac, in a folder you choose and control. If you opt in to iCloud Drive storage, syncing is handled by Apple's iCloud under Apple's privacy terms; we never see your files. The optional "reflections" feature runs entirely on-device with Apple Intelligence — your writing is never uploaded, to us or anyone else.

In short: we can't read your writing, because it never reaches us.

The Realiterate mobile app

The Realiterate iOS and Android app is a connected, social writing product with its own account system; data practices for it are described in the app and at sign-up.

This website

realiterate.com serves static pages and does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If you submit the support form, we store what you send us (your email and message) so we can respond. Some shared links and promotional QR codes record a click count and coarse region for attribution.
